CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.The RoleOur Project Services team is essential in ensuring the continued delivery and expansion of new social and affordable housing services our organisation can provide. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager who will have responsibility to ensure CHL undertakes our required obligations for the Ground Lease Model (GLM) 2 project which is delivering over 1300 apartments across four sites in Melbourne.This role will be the central point of contact with our key external stakeholders and have responsibility for coordinating the required inputs from relevant internal stakeholders. This is a highly important role within CHL and will report directly to the Chief Development Officer.Key responsibilities:Coordinating CHL requirements of project delivery through the development lifecycle in line with partnership and funding commitments working collaboratively with key stakeholders.Coordinate required inputs across CHL to ensure we meet required obligations as set out in contractual documents.Establish and maintain active working relationships with key stakeholders in the broader GLM consortium and with Homes Victoria.Prepare and co-ordinate reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders and regular project reports for committees and boards.Undertake effective management of project budgets.Actively participate in the State’s leadership team and work to foster strategic partnerships across Government, NFP and private sectors.About youYou will have extensive experience in a similar role within the Property Development, Housing sector or Project Management, with extensive experience in coordinating the delivery of multiple projects and contracts.
