You will be managing the delivery of key strategic projects for the organisation and working with project delivery partners, vendors, and stakeholders, both internally and externally. Partnering with multiple areas of the business, you will ensure the progress of the initiatives that are already established and start new ones from scratch, so that you can add your full expertise to it, from inception until delivery.You will be part of a technological team, a vibrant and forward-thinking team that understands technology's role in enabling our vision and mission to come to life. Your role is to efficiently ensure successful business analysis and effective internal projects execution alongside your team, making sure that internal projects have a structured approach for data collection and that process analysis and project management follow a proper project methodology.About YouTo be successful for this role, you will have experience with both business analysis and project management. Essential Criteria:Experience with data analysis, processes mapping, overall data gathering and project governance.Established stakeholder management skills, including a high level of interpersonal skills, communication and influencing.Demonstrated maturity and self-motivation, with strong organisation and time management skills, a commitment to and ability to take ownership of strict timelines.Effective communication including listening skills with an understanding of organisational dynamics.Ability to envisage a bigger picture along with detailed tasks where required in order to perform on Project Management activities and present such outcomes to key stakeholders.Advanced skills in in Project Management systems.Commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing.Desirable:Knowledge of Project Management methodologies highly desired.Change Management experience is highly desired.Certifications in project management or experience in business analysis is highly desirable but not essential.
