We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for leading the delivery of a program of projects. You will be a central point of contact for assigned projects, working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive development, business growth, and deliver quality project outcomes.Key responsibilities:Lead a program of development projects aligned to the strategic objectives and the needs of tenants and operational teamsCoordinate project delivery through the development lifecycle in line with partnership and funding commitments working collaboratively with the delivery team.Identify and assess new development opportunities aligned to the objectives of the program.Coordinate internal and external resources associated, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed.Prepare and co-ordinate reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders including due diligence reports and regular project reports for committees and boards.About youYou will have extensive experience in a similar role within the Property Development, Housing sector or Project Management, with extensive experience in coordinating the delivery of multiple projects and contracts.
