You'll be the go-to expert for our managers and employees across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidanceTalent Acquisition and Management: Partner with hiring managers for top talent recruitmentEmployee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues Investigate and address workplace complaintsTraining and Development: Identify training needs and support program designChange Management: Lead change efforts for organisational changesHR Analytics and Reporting: Use HR data for process improvementCompliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws.
