CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.The RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled, committed and passionate leader to take on an exciting role of National Operations Manager within CHL. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this role will oversee the management of the organisations’ housing operations across Australia. The key focus will be to guide high performance teams in diverse and geographically dispersed areas to ensure CHL operations nationally achieve consistent, efficient and effective standards whilst being adapted to various contract requirements.Please note, as this is a nationally focused role, all we ask is that you are located an hour away from any of our offices from which we operate.  We have offices in New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia.
