You will be responsible for property inspections, allocations of vacant properties, rental collection and chasing arrears, conducting condition reports, coordinating lease and rent reviews, and carrying out exit procedures.As a Housing Officer, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including government departments, the Asset Management Unit, clients, and relevant support agencies. There may be times where you will be required to represent Community Housing Limited at hearings.You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks including reporting, addressing complaints, adhering to compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate property and tenancy data in all required systems.About YouTo be successful for this role, you will have a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.Essential Criteria:Demonstrated experience in providing client focused tenancy management services.Solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act. Relevant skills and experience in working sensitively with a diverse customer group with complex needs, including those who are in housing crisis.
