We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated Handyman/ Trade Assistant to join our Internal Maintenance Service (IMS) team at Community Housing Ltd.As a Handyman/ Trade Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our vision of a world without housing poverty by ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of CHL properties in the region by undertaking general handy man duties including repairs and maintenance, hands-on gardening, and cleaning tasks. Working closely with our IMS team, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.About YouIf you are a dedicated individual with a passion for contributing to a greater cause and possess the technical skills to excel in property maintenance, we want to hear from you!Essential Criteria: Five years or more of trade experience in carpentry, painting, plastering, bricklaying or other associated skills Proficiency in using various tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships and working in partnership with others. Sound knowledge and application of WHS practices. White Card (or ability to obtain). Valid Driver's Licence.
