The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementation and ongoing management of service delivery, partnership management and maintaining successful networks across Ground Lease Model (GLM) sites with respect to relevant contracts, legislation, organisational procedures, and best practise. This position will be working collaboratively within the National and State management teams, additional to a range of internal business units and stakeholders to ensure success in this position.This role is due to commence February 2023.About YouTo be successful in this role you will support, mentor and guide your teams in achieving results by building capability and fostering an inclusive, diverse culture conducive to growth and change. You will bring passion, resilience, and strong leadership skills to ensure the Victorian Operations is a high performing, best practise team.Essential Criteria: Demonstrated staff management and leadership experience in fostering and maintaining a successful team environment, including when teams are working remotely. Demonstrated experience working in compliance with government contracts to achieve required outcomes. Current Driver’s Licence.
