Be part of an exciting and innovative project that will change lives and build resilient communities.As the GLM Facilities Services Coordinator you will supports the GLM Operations Manager by assisting with the oversight of the GLM service contract and GLM properties under management.The GLM Facilities Services Coordinator will have oversight and participation of but not limited to the following:Lead the Team in asset management strategies by proactively assessing the portfolioAlign the delivery of asset management to relevant standards including the ISO 55000 asset management standardsMaintains a relationship with vendors and potential suppliers and ensure regular reviews are conducted.Where required, actively pursues the engagement of additional service providers and suppliers in conjunction with the Subcontractor Coordinator to ensure the following, quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness.Maintenance and project work for the property portfolio are completed with the agreed timeframesRemediation work undertaken by the maintenance contractors is appropriate and correct in accordance with the maintenance specificationsMaintain accurate records of complianceCertificates and maintenance related documentationAssist with the establishment of Asset management plans for all GLM sites and that they are updated annuallyMaintain and act within allocate budgets providing monthly reports of expenditure against budget About YouTo be successful for this role, you will have a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.5 plus years' experience in executing asset management strategy, maintenance and refurbishment services in public/community or private sectorWorking with diverse groups of stakeholdersUnderstanding of asset management principals and their application to property.Demonstrated computer literacy in windows (Microsoft) and asset management systemsUnderstanding of the Building Act and related regulations.Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.Desire to be part of a values driven and community focussed organisation.Have a qualification in property management or project management will be an advantage.Appropriate tertiary qualifications in trade, marketing or relevant business related discipline are preferred but no essentialGreen/White card (or ability to obtain)Current drivers licenceSatisfactory Police & Working With Children’s ChecksCommitment to the right of every person to good quality housing Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).As an equal opportunity employer, CHL works closely with people from a diverse range of backgrounds. About You

To be successful for this role, you will have a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.

  • 5 plus years' experience in executing asset management strategy, maintenance and refurbishment services in public/community or private sector
  • Working with diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Understanding of asset management principals and their application to property.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in windows (Microsoft) and asset management systems
  • Understanding of the Building Act and related regulations.
  • Understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
  • Desire to be part of a values driven and community focussed organisation.
