Customer Service Officer

Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need.You will be responsible for providing a welcoming front desk service, undertaking administrative and customer support to ensure high quality customer service is provided for the region. This position is Full Time Permanent based at our CHL Robina office.To support our team, you will:  Undertake general office and reception dutiesRespond to customer inquiries and requests, providing information where possibleMaintain a working knowledge of relevant support services within CHL and from partner agenciesPrepare correspondenceComplete accurate data entryContribute to projectsWhat will success look like?To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of people experiencing social disadvantage, as well as a commitment to the right of every person to good quality housing and a sense of belonging.
