Customer Service Officer

Our customer service is an essential part of our housing services team, enabling us to deliver high quality services to our customers. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through receptionist and administration duties that will support our Kununurra team. To support our team, you will:  Be the key office liaison to Government departments, customers, support agencies and your teamUndertake general office and reception duties including bankingRespond to customer inquiries and requests, providing information where possibleAssist tenants complete applicationsEnsure paperwork is compliant and complete accurate data entry Manage waitlists and maintenance requestsMaintain a working knowledge of relevant support services within CHL and from partner agenciesWhat will success look like?To be successful in this role you will need: experience in a customer facing role, as well as knowledge and understanding of people experiencing social disadvantage, including local barriers.
