Senior Commercial Analyst

Our Project Services team is essential in ensuring the continued delivery and expansion of new social and affordable housing services our organisation can provide. This senior position will have a national focus and can be located at one of our offices in Victoria, New South Wales, or South Australia.You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and recommending the financial and commercial aspects of projects for CHL, being actively involved in pursuing our organisation’s objective. You will source and analyse project documentation to assess opportunities, working in partnership with key stakeholders to drive development, business growth, and deliver quality project outcomes.You will:  Develop and initiate business and funding opportunitiesAssess the financial and social viability of opportunities and projects Complete due diligence including the identification and management of risk to ensure the viability of each opportunityPrepare Business Cases and Project Proposals for Senior Management Manage the preparation and delivery of tender and grant funding submissions, including extensive stakeholder management in accordance with agreed strategic directionBuild and develop partnerships with key stakeholders that assist in establishing innovative funding and project opportunities Negotiate commercial and project funding arrangements for project implementation and deliveryWhat will success look like?You will have extensive experience in a similar role within the Banking, Finance and/or Property Development sector, including leading a team. In addition, you will have a strong background in writing property/housing related tenders and submissions with a focus on commercial outcomes.
