Assistant Project Manager

Our Project Services team is essential in ensuring the continued delivery and expansion of new social and affordable housing services our organisation can provide.We are looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for providing administrative support to projects that grow the supply of social and affordable housing. This includes contributing to tender proposals and responses.You will also:Administer project plans and project activitiesUnderstand bid requirements to support the preparation of tender responsesSource and coordinate information and data from various sources to assist with developing compelling and evidence-based tender content for bidsMaintain a centralised library of information that enables the efficient and effective development of tenders and similar submissions/documentsDevelop case study material relating to business development activityProvide compliance and governance support within the established frameworkCompile business reportsProvide additional support to wider team and organisation as requiredWhat will success look like?Knowledge or experience in project management methodology and practice, and/or bid coordination and writingDemonstrated experience working in a team and in partnership with multiple stakeholders to deliver project outcomeResearch, analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailCommitment to the right of every person to good quality housingSatisfactory Police CheckAs this is a nationally focused role, all we ask is that you are located an hour away from any of our offices from which we operate.  We have offices in Tasmania, Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Western Australia.
