Support people living on low to moderate incomes, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and those living with a disability.The RoleThe Asset Portfolio Development Manager is responsible for supporting the strategic management and delivery of existing and new housing assets in line with CHL’s strategic direction and growth strategy. Working closely with the State Manager and the Property Services team, you will initiate and manage new quality property development outcomes and ensure quality asset and maintenance services of existing assets through the development of asset management plans, management of staff and contractors. You will be pivotal in providing strategic advice and developing a State Asset Plan.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in leadership, project management and delivery to meet time, budget and quality outcomes.
