This role strategically manages the state’s housing assets to optimise the value, sustainability, condition and economic performance of the property portfolio aligned with the State’s strategic direction.The main responsibilities of the Asset & Facility Manager is to lead,  support  and manage staff and contractors across NSW jurisdiction to ensure effective service provision. This involves coordinating and overseeing their activities to ensure smooth operations and delivery of services.About YouThe successful candidate will demonstrate strong management leadership experience  alongside your sound understanding of best practice social housing asset management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing and construction industry.Essential Criteria:Minimum of 3 years management experiencePost-trade Certificate IV or equivalent qualification Understanding of best practice social housing asset management, policy and legislation applying to the community housing and construction industrySound knowledge and application of WHS practices, excel and budget managementGreen/White card (or ability to obtain)Current drivers licencePlease note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).As an equal opportunity employer, CHL works closely with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
