This role strategically manages the state’s housing assets to optimise the value, sustainability, condition and economic performance of the property portfolio aligned with the State’s strategic direction.The main responsibilities of the Asset & Facility Manager is to lead, support and manage staff and contractors across NSW jurisdiction to ensure effective service provision.
