In this role, you will have ultimate leadership and responsibility for CHL's housing and homelessness services across the state, with a strong focus on business development and growth.You will provide strategic leadership for state operations, positioning the organisation as an industry leader in Victoria. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing business growth opportunities, managing and enhancing stakeholder relationships, and developing new partnerships to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our diverse customers. Additionally, you will lead the State Management Team to ensure collaboration across all operational areas and actively participate in the senior management group, contributing to organisational improvements and policy development.About YouYou will demonstrate proven success in a senior management role within the social services or government sector. A strong understanding of best practice social housing management, policy, and legislation relevant to the community housing industry is essential. Essential Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a senior manager in community or social services, property services or related government department
  • Thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy & legislation in the housing sector
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Satisfactory Police, Working With Children’s Checks and NDIS worker screening
