CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.The RoleThe Senior Quality and Improvement Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving organisational excellence by providing expert advice, guidance, and hands-on support across CHL. This role is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the Quality and Improvement Framework to ensure consistent, organisation-wide understanding and adherence. Working collaboratively with key business units, the Senior Quality & Improvement Advisor leads service delivery reviews, embeds best practice, and drives continuous improvement through process mapping, root cause analysis, and streamlined quality reporting. With a focus on aligning initiatives to strategic priorities, the role also leads quality improvement projects, manages updates to the Document Management System and SharePoint, and ensures compliance with relevant legislation, standards (including ISO9001:2015), and regulatory requirements. Finally acting as a mentor and champion for quality, this role fosters a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and service excellence across CHL.About YouYou are a proactive and solutions-focused professional with a strong background in quality management, continuous improvement, and organisational development. With a deep understanding of quality frameworks, compliance standards (including ISO9001:2015), and regulatory requirements, you bring both strategic insight and hands-on capability to support teams through complex quality challenges. Your strengths lie in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, leading improvement projects, and using process mapping tools to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. You are an effective communicator who thrives on building relationships, coaching others, and promoting a culture of accountability and learning.
