The Role
CHL is committed to working with customers/renters to achieve successful, sustainable tenancies.
You will work with CHL operations team and closely with customers to proactively identify any additional tenancy skills they require in order to maintain their own tenancies. You will also engage with customers to identify any other supports, resources or opportunities which would help overcome barriers to successful tenancies. Acknowledging the importance of separating housing management from provision of support, you will coordinate support for customers where appropriate, including via referral to support partners.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will demonstrate relevant understanding of the provision of support services, ability to develop and maintain tenancy plans, incorporate support from external sources with customers to sustain tenancies. In addition, you will have a talent for building relationships, networking and working in partnership with clients, as well as excellent knowledge of strengths-based practice and understanding the challenges faced by those experiencing high levels of disadvantage or with complex needs.

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
