The Role
We’re excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Property Manager to join our team, overseeing a vibrant portfolio of 165 apartments in the beautiful Brighton area. This role provides a unique chance to forge strong, lasting relationships with both investors and tenants while being a key player in a dynamic, supportive team that’s committed to delivering top-tier property management services.
In this role, you’ll have a varied and impactful day-to-day, including conducting routine inspections, preparing entry and exit reports, managing arrears, and handling lease renewals for rental properties. You'll be empowered to work independently, while receiving ongoing support from a dedicated team, including Assistant Property Managers, Trust Accounting, Maintenance, and your manager.
