You will build strong relationships with our investors and tenants and work as part of our dynamic and supportive team to provide industry-leading property management services.You will carry out routine inspections, prepare entry and exit reports, manage arrears, and follow up on lease renewals for rental properties.You will be trusted to work autonomously and will be supported by a Team of Assistant Property Managers, Trust Accounting, Maintenance, your colleagues and your manager. Relevant skills and experience in working effectively and sensitively with a diverse customer group with complex needs. Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders. Previous experience working within a large, diverse, and busy team.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Previous experience working on Property Management Programs and Microsoft Office efficiency.Ability to compose professional correspondence via email to internal and external stakeholders.
