The Role
As the Project Delivery Lead â Build-to-Rent (BTR), you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and implementation of our BTR projects, aligning outcomes with CHL’s strategic objectives and contractual commitments. You will drive project performance across development, operational mobilisation, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and risk oversight to ensure exceptional project outcomes that align with our values and mission.
This role acts as a central point of accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams and representing CHL to key stakeholders. You will lead improvements and efficiencies across the project lifecycle and play an active role in our senior leadership group, contributing to support our vision of a world without housing poverty.

About you
You are an experienced project leader with at least 10 years of success delivering large-scale housing or infrastructure projects. You bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of contract and risk management. With a background in managing cross function teams, you thrive in complex environments and are driven by purpose-led work and commitment to driving positive housing outcomes.
