You will drive project performance across development, operational mobilisation, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and risk oversight to ensure exceptional project outcomes that align with our values and mission.This role acts as a central point of accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams and representing CHL to key stakeholders. You will lead improvements and efficiencies across the project lifecycle and play an active role in our senior leadership group, contributing to support our vision of a world without housing poverty.Key responsibilitiesIn this role you will:End-to-End Project Delivery – Lead and coordinate the successful implementation of Build-to-Rent projects, ensuring alignment with CHL’s strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.Stakeholder Engagement & Contract Management – Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering strong relationships, leading negotiations, and ensuring contractual obligations are met.Financial & Risk Oversight – Monitor budgets, conduct scenario planning, and proactively identify and mitigate commercial and delivery risks to maintain financial performance and project viability.Operational Improvement & Governance – Identify and implement process improvements and cost efficiencies across the project lifecycle, while delivering timely, accurate reporting to internal governance bodies.About youYou are an experienced project leader with at least 10 years of success delivering large-scale housing or infrastructure projects. You bring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of contract and risk management. With a background in managing cross function teams, you thrive in complex environments and are driven by purpose-led work and commitment to driving positive housing outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will have the following:10 years experience in project management and leadershipBachelors degree in related discipline.  The Role

With a background in managing cross function teams, you thrive in complex environments and are driven by purpose-led work and commitment to driving positive housing outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

  • 10 years experience in project management and leadership
  • Bachelors degree in related discipline. Post Graduate qualification in related discipline highly regarded
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record in project leading the delivery and implementation of large-scale housing project.
  • Demonstrated Commercial acumen and ability to manage and optimise financial performance and identify and manage risk
  • Strong negotiation and contractual management experience.
  • Commitment to CHL’s mission and values.
