Internal Maintenance Service Cleaner

Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need.  You will work closely with our Internal Maintenance Services team and the staff located at our Rooming Housing in Queens Road to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene on site. You will:  Ensure the cleanliness of self-contained units and communal areasLiaise with maintenance team to raise maintenance requests as requiredMonitor cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipmentOrder cleaning supplies in line with budget restraintsComplete relevant administration Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are achievedWhat will success look like?You will take pride in providing professional and quality cleaning services for our clients, including as understanding of the importance of a responsive and the ability to accommodate change to provide an efficient service. In addition, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role.
