ICT Technician

Community Housing Limited (CHL) Group of Companies is an innovative and best practice affordable housing organisation which assists access to, develops and manages sustainable housing for people in need.  We are looking for a highly skilled, tech savvy, customer service focused individual to join our in-house ICT Customer Service Desk based at our Adelaide office. You will:  Provide personalised support on hardware and software problemsProvide desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD and Office 365 environments and across many technologiesSupport Terminal Services and Citrix environments hosted in the cloudAssist with installation and configuration of Servers, Networks and other IT equipmentWork with a highly experienced team to maintain a best practice environmentParticipate in an on-call roster approximately 1 week in 4Provide additional appropriate support to wider team and organisationTo be successfulYou will have demonstrated experience in a similar role with a geographically spread organisation, including experience with; desktop support, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365 and the wider Microsoft Stack. In addition, you will have general knowledge of technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including printers, video conferencing systems and other IT related equipment.
