CHL is driven by a collaborative team culture where every member plays a vital role in achieving our mission.The RoleThis is a hands-on ICT service delivery role, critical to the provision of excellent customer service across CHL.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide personalised support on hardware and software problems.Provide desktop, server and application support within Microsoft AD and Office 365 environments and across many technologies.Support Terminal Services, Citrix and AVD environments hosted in the cloud.Assist with installation and configuration of Servers, Networks and other IT equipment.Work with a highly experienced team to maintain a best practice environment.Participate in an on-call roster approximately 1 week in 4.
