Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Community Development professional to lead the delivery of our community development strategy across Tasmania. This role is central to how we engage with communities, build meaningful partnerships and create opportunities for economic and social participation.
You’ll be supporting staff in community engagement, driving major projects and programs, and helping shape initiatives that truly make a difference.
About You
To be successful for this role, you will be a community focused professional who has a genuine passion for wanting to support vulnerable people in our community.
Your previous experience and expertise within community development and engagement, and project management will be highly regarded as you are heavily involved in strategic development and implementation of community development programs. You will put your strategic planning skills to good use as you work within specified timeframes and budgets.

Please note that a satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Working with Vulnerable People Check (WWVP).
