You will be responsible for assisting our customers to secure appropriate housing, make choices about their housing, and develop goals for their future. To identify and achieve appropriate housing pathways for customers you will:Create Customer Individual Support PlansAssist those at immediate risk of homelessness, including making successful referrals to temporary or transitional accommodationAssess applications for priority social housingLink customers to affordable housing options in the private rental market, including determining eligibility and access to private rental productsLiaise with CHL’s tenancy services and support coordination teams to ensure customers can access all available services and supportsAbout you: You will demonstrate relevant experience in a similar client focused role, for example, social services or homelessness services. In addition, you will have excellent knowledge and understanding of issues customers face and services available to them.
